My Breakfast habit
Breakfast is the first meal of the day. It should be balanced. Because of the fact that all the food elements are included in a balanced breakfast. It gives us energy to do days work properly. I usually take my breakfast at 8 a.m. I take roti, vegetables and egg as my breakfast. But I don’t like to eat rice in my breakfast. I take various fruits in my breakfast. After breakfast I take tea. But my favourite drink is milk. I can do all the day’s hard very easily. This is why milk is my favourite drink.
