International Turkish Hope School Bangladesh
The Founder Principal of International Turkish Hope School Bangladesh is Kazim Eldes . The school was established in Dhaka in 1996. Süleyman Demirel the President of Turkey, who was a strong supporter of Turkish schools in Dhaka. He officially inaugurated the school while on a state visit in March 1997.
International Hope School Bangladesh(ITHS) is one of the prominent international schools. Curriculum of this school is based on the British Education System. The school is registered with Edexcel dated on 12th August 2004. The school is registered under The Ministry of Education of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Though the medium of instruction is in English, students also study the Bangladeshi studies, Bengali Language, Literature, culture and history.
The school has six branches in Bangladesh. The branches are in Dhaka, Chittagong and Bogra. Recently, 396 staffs are employed at the school. Amongst them including 35 foreign, 210 local teaching faculties. Both the Bangladeshi students and foreign students study at the school. Comparison population of 89% Bangladeshi and 11% international students from 21 different nations.
The result of this school is good. On average, 85% of its students secure top grades (A* to B) in these exams on a regular basis. The graduated students get into prestigious local and international universities in the home and abroad.
The school has a partnership with BRITISH COUNCIL and also accommodates British Council Teaching Centre at its venues. The school is also in partnership with BRAC University located in Bangladesh.
