Subject: Prayer for increasing common room facilities.
Dear Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg to draw your kind attention to the fact that our common room facilities are not sufficient to meet up our demand. Now a days common room is of great use to all the students. We can not enjoy our off period for want of (অভাবে) indoor sports. We have only one carom board. Besides, we have no scope of table tennis. There is single cheese board. There are only a daily and two weeklies. There is no arrangement of magazines and periodicals etc. These facilities are too insufficient for us. That is why we have to spend our leisure time idly or gossiping. We would like to utilize our valuable time by playing indoor games or by reading newspaper and periodicals (সাময়িক পত্রিকা).
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to increase our common room facilities as soon as possible and oblige thereby.
