Sir,
We, the students of your school, beg
to draw your kind attention to the fact that we want to organize a tree
plantation programme in the campus of our school on 5th June, to celebrate
World Environment Day. The teachers have also agreed to join us in this
programme. We will be provided with a few saplings by the Municipal Corporation (পৌরসভা) free of cost (বিনামূল্যে) This will show our effort (প্রচেষ্টা) to improve our environment.
May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give us permission to organize the programme in our school campus and oblige there by.
